Ashmita Yogini Lilliah

ASSOCIATE THERAPIST

My name is Ashmita Yogini Lilliah. From a young age growing up in Guyana, I’ve recognized the magnitude of potential and value in peoples’ lived experiences. A lot of these lived experiences often get forgotten, get labeled as insignificant, or even as unfortunate. I am a Master’s student in Counselling Psychology program who recognizes the individual strength and potential that resides in each person. Together with mutual respect and understanding, let us explore an empowering version of yourself through the discovery of self-awareness and with the use of clinical mental health techniques.
