Body Awareness
Yoga-informed and somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.

Integration
Support that honours emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing.

At MindfulWe, therapy is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about understanding the mind, listening to the body, and restoring balance — gently, respectfully, and at your own pace.

Listen to MindfulWe

The MindfulWe Podcast is a series of guided meditations. Some are adaptations of common meditations that already exist (e.g. body scan), and most are created with specific intentions. Intentions that come from my work as a psychotherapist. For example, many people feel like they are not good enough so I created a guided meditation to enhance feelings of worthiness. Based on the issues I hear often, I focus and guide meditations on what people want to feel.

The podcast is an evolving process for myself and I will keep you engaged in the expansion of this journey.
